Your Core Story

For the next two days you go to write your core story. With what kind of beliefs, norms and values did you grow up with? What did your parents tell you? What did teachers tell you? What did friends and relatives tell you? Or even maybe religious leaders? What kind of beliefs did you get about yourself? Are they positive or negative? Where there things you were forbidden or not allowed to do (e,g. showing emotions)? Write down as many things as you can remember.

Your limiting beliefs

What kind of limiting beliefs are you aware of and do they still play an active role in your life?
How would your life look like when those limiting beliefs do not play an active role anymore?
What needs to be changed not to be held back by those limiting beliefs?
